Short version: crypto only, pickup only, refunds come back as account credit.
Order Burrito places pickup orders on your behalf at scheduled checkout times. We are an independent scheduling service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any restaurant, and we do not prepare food.
You need an account to place an order. Keep your email accurate — it is your backup confirmation if a direct message doesn't reach you. One person, one account. Duplicate accounts created to farm referral credit will be closed.
Crypto only. We do not accept cards, cash, or peer-to-peer payment apps.
All refunds are issued as account credit, not as a return of funds. Credit never expires and applies automatically to your next order.
Credit is issued when an order you paid for is cancelled before checkout, when we cannot place an order for a reason on our end, or at our discretion when something goes wrong.
Orders above these limits are declined at the link stage. Split them across two checkout windows.
Checkouts run five times a day and ordering closes 15 minutes before each one. Orders confirmed after the cutoff roll to the following checkout.
Do not go to the store until you receive your confirmation. Until that arrives, your order has not been submitted to the kitchen and there will be nothing waiting for you.
Pickup only. We do not offer delivery.
You can cancel from your dashboard any time before your batch goes out. Any credit applied to that order is returned to your balance in full. Once an order has been placed with the restaurant it can no longer be cancelled.
Any account earns $1 in credit each time a person who signed up through its referral link places an order. This is automatic for every account. The partner rate is separate: it requires membership of a partnered server, verified when you connect your account. Losing that membership returns you to the standard rate.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and any other attempt to generate credit without genuine orders will have that credit reversed and may cost you partner status and your account.
Store closures, sold-out items, kitchen mistakes, and restaurant app outages happen. Where an order can't be filled because of something on the restaurant's end, we issue credit for it. We can't guarantee a specific store, a specific item, or an exact pickup minute.
These terms can change. Prices, limits, and the checkout schedule are shown on the site and are current as displayed. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when they were placed.
